Cashmatic

Cashmatic cash machines automate cash transactions by accepting cash and dispensing change. When integrated with Odoo Point of Sale, payments are processed directly through the machine from the POS register.

  • The integration with the Cashmatic cash machine only supports payments and refunds.

  • Tasks such as filling and emptying the machine must be performed directly through the cash machine interface or via the MyCashmatic app (available on Android or iOS) or website.

  • Two separate sets of credentials are provided with the machine: one for the cash machine, required to configure it in Odoo, and one for the MyCashmatic app or website, required to configure the cash machine itself.

  • The Cashmatic machine must be on the same local network as the device running Odoo Point of Sale and must be assigned a static IP address to ensure stable operation.

  • Setting up the Cashmatic machine requires the hardware administrator's password and technical knowledge. Contact your Cashmatic integration partner for configuration support if assistance is needed.

Configuring the Cashmatic machine as a payment method in Odoo requires locating the machine's IP address and preparing for connection over HTTPS or HTTP.

HTTPS provides a more secure connection and requires additional configuration, including installing a valid certificate. HTTP allows communication through ローカルネットワークアクセス and is recommended as it is simpler to set up.

Locate the IP address

To locate the Cashmatic IP address, use one of the following methods:

  • On the Cashmatic machine, log in with the provided credentials, then go to Settings ‣ IP address.

  • In the MyCashmatic app or on the website, sign in to your account, then go to Settings ‣ Network.

Note the IP address displayed on the machine's or the device's screen, as it is needed for the Odoo configuration step.

HTTPS経由の接続

HTTPS経由でCashmaticマシンに接続するには、有効な証明書が必要です。証明書を生成してダウンロードするには、次の手順に従います:

  1. ウェブブラウザを開き、アドレスバーにIPアドレスを入力してCashmaticウェブインターフェースにアクセスします。

  2. インターフェースのサイドメニューで、:menuselection:`設定 --> デバイス`に移動します。

Odoo POSを実行しているデバイスに証明書をインストールするには、デバイスのオペレーティングシステムによってプロセスが異なるため、統合パートナーに連絡してください。

HTTP経由の接続

HTTP経由でCashmaticマシンに接続するには、次のいずれかの方法を使用します:

  • Cashmaticマシンでログインし、:menuselection:`設定 --> 信頼モード`に移動して、:guilabel:`はい`をクリックします。

  • MyCashmaticアプリまたはウェブサイトで、アカウントにサインインし、:menuselection:`設定 --> システム`に移動して、:guilabel:`セキュアでないAPI`を有効にします。

Odoo設定

CashmaticマシンをOdooに接続するには、次の手順に従います:

  1. POS Cashmatic自動釣銭機 (pos_cashmatic)モジュールを:ref:`インストール <general/install>`します。

  3. 仕訳帳フィールドを現金に設定します。

  6. Cashmatic設定`タブで、Cashmaticマシンの:ref:`IPアドレス <pos/cashmatic/ip-address>をCashmatic IPフィールドに入力します。

  7. 入力されたCashmatic認証情報をCashmaticユーザ名およびCashmaticパスワードフィールドに入力します。

  8. オプションで、:guilabel:`Cashmaticローカルネットワークアクセス`を有効にして、`HTTP`経由でマシンに接続します。
